About Me

My passion for learning has been life-long.  I have many years of experience supporting learners of varying abilities and age, and I embrace diversity. I strive to create active and adaptive lessons which leverage flexible learning tools, and I love to find creative ways to enhance participant engagement in order to meet the needs of my clients.

Additionally, I enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps by conducting organizational-wide needs analysis research. My skills include utilizing needs analysis, SAM, ADDIE Principles, and Adult Learning Theory in order to close the gap between learner knowledge and skills. I am self-motivated and an effective communicator with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to improve outcomes, organizational culture, and meet business goals.
